very well explained

I found the course to be very informative as general information, but not really relevant to work that is carried out on a student term basis.

A good course for those that need it.

The course time was poorly calculated. I'm not sure why I was expected to complete this, as it is aimed at Care Workers etc and not for Cinema Stewards who merely tear tickets and ensure patrons safety in an auditorium.

It was short & to the point.

Its time scale was nearly an hour but was broken into sections. I liked this it didn't overload your brain. You were able to pause the video so you could think about it or make notes. You could watch it at your own pace. It was easy to do & test had answers to choose from which I was glad of, as I could choose my answer.

Enjoyed this course

Very informative my only ? Would be about the safety of an injured client first should be in the answer your self first then the client because if your not safe neither is your client/service user

Very well presented

It followed clear steps and would be useful for those completing the Care Certificate. However, I’m not sure that it was very relevant for me and the organisation for which I am a volunteer.
