very clear, well produced, educational

This is an excellent course which taught me much in a short time. I like the way that key points are well explained, at time repeated relating to different situations, always stressing the underlying principles of safeguarding. The course is aimed at a wider range of professionals and volunteers and manages to include all angles.

Fab

I did this course through work and really enjoyed the content. It’s clear and to the point.

A thorough course

Probably not relevant for the role I have. More for care workers.

Course content excellent

Presentation of content in small, manageable sections is very effective. My only difficulty was with accessing the content in the first place because my computer skills are poor. Once begun, I appreciated the carefully precise language and clarity. Both the underlying principle and the details of safeguarding have been made accessible for those with relevant experience and those with none.

Excellent

Short, to the point, clear, exactly what one wants on a training course.

Safeguarding module

This is an excellent and informative module set out in an easy to understand way but felt it was too intense and a lot of it unnecessary for people volunteering within a retail environment. Equally it is a very necessary module if you are working/volunteering in a care setting.
