Although of great general interest I am not sure how relevant it is to shop volunteering apart from possibility of your manager's bullying and affecting self esteem of other volunteers. It is very relevant in many of the other things volunteers do in other parts of the organisation.
10 mins worth of info put into nearly an hour. Should give us the option to read at our own pace instead of waiting for the videos to catch up.

Helped more have a better understanding to help vulnerable adults
I have given three stars as I question the relevance of this course for volunteers in a charity shop. I can possibly see its value for volunteers supporting individuals. It’s so care home orientated that it seems strange we are expected to have this knowledge. I’d love a response to these comments.
Very necessary and important training for volunteers who may be called upon to support a vulnerable person and who need to know what to do.
This course definitely equips one with the basics needed to safeguard vulnerable adults.
