Learnt a few things

Opened my eyes on how to deal with other people's problems but not. totally sure that I will be faced with these problems in my volunteering role within the shop in hawick

5/5
Thorough course

Clearly presented with slides, transcripts, summary points and questions plus test at the end. Would recommend.

5/5
Clear and concise

Easy to follow, tutors used clear and concise language. I liked the summary after each topic and the questions at the end

5/5
Excessive for my role as a volunteer

Working as a volunteer for a charity one day per week where I generally serve the public and help manage stock the level of training is way beyond the issues that are likely to arise whilst working for the charity. In your defence I can clearly see where this training would be relevant but I would suggest that it needs to be trimmed down to make it more relevant to some of the lower roles such as mine.

2/5
Informative

I think some videos can be cut down or just joined onto another video instead of having them separate.

Good

Really good, it gets you two really think about not just you but others around you in all walks of life, what's goin on in there life, and how you treat or how you see other people! It's not what you see on the outside, and you never no what they are goin through, as the same with yourself no one can tell. Untill you speak out about it

5/5
Irrelevant to my role in CHSS

While the course was in general of interest , I fail to see it's relevance on my volunteering role in retail
