I understood everything that was being said And it was well executed
I enjoyed this course. Delivered in a friendly and clear way, with the option to also review additional resources. I prefer this to the course delivered in my current organisation. Thank you
As a volunteer in the retail sector I’m not sure why I was selected for inclusion in this course as it is primarily tailored for workers and volunteers involved in the care of vulnerable adults. Having said that I found it informative
To answer questions regarding being a carer is is irrelevant to volunteers working in retail. We all understand to be on the look out for abuse physical or verbal. Given I’m not working in a care home and not giving medication or offering care the answers are irrelevant and meaningless.
Good to go back when you get some of the answers wrong!!

This training was completely inappropriate for my role in the CH&S shop, which is steaming clothes in a back room where the only person I meet is the shop manager.

I completed this course as requested to do so, but I really don’t see why as a volunteer it was necessary or what benefit it was to me. I also think it could be quite upsetting for certain individuals as it could bring back some disturbing memories.
Felt it gave good insight into basic knowledge on what to look for and how to deal with any issues that arose, a very complex subject matter which would need further study should it be used in your work profession.
