I hadn't done any On-Line training for quite a while, so I felt quite anxious, about doing the course. But I needn't to have worried, as I found the presenters talking about the course, were very explanatory, over the subjects discussed. Making it very easy to understand.

There was a lot of information in the course, so I found notes very useful. I used the additional information for subjects that I was unsure of which assisted in gaining a wider understanding.

Covers a lot of things regarding safeguarding. I think somethings won't apply to what I'm volunteering for but nice to know nonetheless.

Easy to navigate through and very responsive. The videos were also very clear and summaries at the end were helpful.

This may be a good course but it refers too often to care workers, of which I am not one. Unsure why this course is aimed at everyone. A more appropriate course should be given to those whose primary role is NOT a care worker but may encounter some aspects of this course during normal work. A lot of specific terminology and directives make it too specific to care workers. unfair to rate it 1 star as it is probably ideal for a care worker.
