I had previously done a Safeguarding course when I was employed as a Dental Nurse. This course was well presented and well explained which helped when I actually came to do the test. It will certainly help me when I start my new role.
Visually presented to keep the viewers attention well. Messages conveyed easily and retained. Can be as in depth or introductory as required.

Gives a good overview of what Safeguarding means and your duty when looking after people in your care. It describes the different types of abuse and helps you recognise the signs and the procedures to report them
The course is presented well with clear and precise information, I like the short animated parts to break it up . The persons presenting were clear and friendly , it was like having a chat , I like that style it puts you at ease and I personally learn more that way
This course is simple and yet comprehensive. It is clear and concise in its delivery.A useful course for a short safeguarding recap.
Although a good course I believe it goes into far too much detail for someone simply volunteering in a retail environment.
