Some of the previous courses I have done have tripped up due to the ambiguity of the test questions at the end. This course explained each section with great clarity and the test questions were equally clear without the usual obfuscation. Well done!

I was able to complete the course with a pass rate of 90%, even though I never knew of any of the regulations or procedures needed beforehand, a very informative and helpful entry level training course.

I thought the course was very informative and important to take, no matter what your job is. However, I do think that trigger warnings should be given before going into the different types of abuse. I have not experienced abuse and yet I found it quite difficult and intense. I kept thinking about those who have actually gone through it, they might have struggled with this course a lot, and I think trigger warnings are necessary before any part that may cause distress.
