The training was relevant and appropriate for anyone involved in supporting vulnerable persons. Having been involved with delivering training to police officers and staff some of the input was repetitive to what I have previously undertaken however this cannot be reinforced enough for volunteers and staff undertaking the training. Kind regards,Alan

Exellent course well worth having under your belt
2 hours of my life “wasted” just to allow me to continue to be a kindness caller. I appreciate the education sentiment but it is certainly overkill. I’m sure it’ll put a lot of volunteer callers off?
The course was interesting and easy to watch. Also beneficial that you could leave and pick up again at any time. The test at the end was well structured to common sense and not to someone’s intellectual ability to pass courses which was refreshing.
Well presented and easy to comprehend.
Clear and concise
This course was very useful for me, plenty of information and easy to understand.
Easy to follow I am not very good usually following courses online ,concise and descriptive . Language used was at a relevant level ,not suggestive or prescriptive .
