Quality training but a A lot of the training was not relevant to retail. I felt my time was misused.

It was great doing this online 1-hour course! It was brilliant and incredibly relevant. It felt like a fun flashback to my training and years of experience working with vulnerable adults. Plus, I learned some new nuggets of information that really sparked my interest.The only tiny hiccup was that the course felt a tad long for my liking, even though it was packed with valuable content. Also, there were a couple of quirky moments where the questions seemed to have a mind of their own! Despite these minor quirks, I still had a great time overall!

Interesting and informative course, I like the format which suits my learning style - I love being able to pause and listen again to sections that go too quickly. Presenters are clear and easy to listen to. I learnt a lot and wished that I’d had this knowledge in previous care roles.

I really enjoyed doing the refresher course to keep in line with good practice as part of the requirement of being a social care practitioner.

The programme was easy to follow but importantly also allowed time to review a topic if unsure.

I have been made aware of how to deal with issues that happen. This will help me to support vulnerable adult in the future.
