Clear and precise information given.
I enjoyed this course/training. I thought it was really helpful that there was someone speaking and the bullet points laid out as they went. Also the summary at the end of each part. I was able to pause and start as and when I need to listen again or take note.s Thank you
Less than an hour to complete in one go, I thought the slides and information were well presented and just about the right content for my voluntary role with TALK. I learnt a lot.

The training course does contain a lot of information and I think longer time should be given for completing it, as there is secondary reading to be done which is very beneficial. Overall a good course, very informative.
I think this course is aimed more at carers in homes but was very helpful all the same
