I really enjoyed this course, a lot of the questions and information seems like common sense but actually was surprising to some of the answers so it was good to keep your mind fresh in what the right procedures are to keep yourself right

Informative all round basic understanding for a very good necessary working requirement of adult duty of care

Easy to follow and understand

A well designed course in the main, which was easy to follow. I did, however, find it difficult to retain information on all the the different laws covering abuse, which were quite complex. It was also difficult to take in the names of all the agencies which were involved in overseeing adult care. I think perhaps this level of information should be reserved for safeguarding officers, as it is a distraction from the main points being made in each section.
