This course was informative and easy to understand.
Gives opportunity to read around the subject too.

Although quite lengthy, it was extremely well-presented and covered a wide variety of areas in relation to Safe Guarding, some of which are not relevant to us at TALK, but useful to know and put into practice with our own recoverers.
Many statements of the bleeding obvious though it made me think more about my humble role as a volunteer whose main task is collecting and delivering shopping and medicines. In particular it reinforced my view that the care recipient should be at the heart of everything.

Found some of the interactive questions during the course not too clear. Had to really look carefully to work out what the answer was. Probably just me!
there was not enough interaction, it was just 55 minutes of pre-recorded talking about important topics that the majority of people working in this field have some experience with already. I think that asking us questions throughout and having more interaction aids rehearsal of that knowledge and should be the way it is taught. It acknowledges that we are aware already of safeguarding issues and strengthens that existing knowledge.
Easy to follow format. Clear explanation of content.
