It was well delivered and explained clearly, simple and easy to follow I liked the question and answer quiz in between to show whether the student is following what's being said. Lots of important information and very detailed too. It was short precise and straight to the point no frills and no difficult vocabulary used. Videos made the study course more apealing. The text questions were simple there should have been worded more challengingly not all, I just felt as this is safeguarding vulnereable adults and children and so need to make sure people take it seriously.(its not my place really just a suggestion)

Much of the course was fairly obvious but, nevertheless, it was useful to have attention drawn to the requirement to report a problem - which is not always easy given the potential embarrassment.
