It was easy to follow, extremely informative, interactive - it went into more depth generally than I had assumed
Although clearly aimed at social care, it will suffice for my staff to demonstrate safeguarding training. A course specifically for an educational environment would be more useful should this be developed.
I think the course is set at a good level, it's clear and easy to follow as well as being informative.
Easy to follow with the ability to go back over any section if required.

In depth and informative. Gives a very good understanding of safeguarding.
Gave a clear understanding of what safeguarding is and how to identify abuse and report it. also how important it is to maintain a persons dignity and give them control over their care.
Very good training pitched at a good level with sound, practical advice.
I enjoyed the training course, it was easy to understand and like that I can review it again within 7 days. My only criticism would be it was not clear whether I was required to read the full care act literature 500 plus pages, plus the additional legal framework literature for the application of “Helper” position.
Interesting course with a good overview of the topics and plenty of additional information supplied for those that want to study further. A couple of the questions in the test at the end were repeated and I wonder if that was intentional.
