Extensive information delivered with an organised structure, clearly and calmly.
Course was presented very well (easy to navigate and follow). Information was concise and relevant. The use of videos was beneficial (did not become overloaded with having to read lots of information). Videos and training itself were ideal lengths of time (not too long, not too short, making it hard to gather necessary info)Mini tests during info were also useful and the test at the end was beneficial. Overall, very useful and informative. Also, presented very well, easy to follow and maintain focus. Thank you 😊

Informative training, difficult to do on the work computer but this is just because our internet connection is bad so it took a long long time!
Consise and easy to understand, giving the information necessary to be a responsible carer of vulnerable adults.
