very informative and clear training.
This course has given myself good knowledge and understanding about how to safeguard if same one is in an abusive scenario, I can help prevent it and ensure they are safe
Was very involved in caring for people. Not what I would expect to complete such an involved caring procedure for working voluntary in a shop. It was hard going.
Not very dynamic
The course is split into small segments which makes it very easy to follow. The test questions are straightforward and do not try to "catch you out" to coin a phrase.
I have enjoyed the training, it will give me more confidence to deal with a situations at work.
This course was easy to listen and read through. It's well presented and has a good structure.
