An excellent introductory course, covering everything in a clear, thorough and comprehensive manner. Breaking the broader subject into bite-sized chunks makes it readily accessible and easy to grasp.

Course is so long
Informative and engaging but sometimes frustrating when accessing additional resources because the video started again each time. Also if you wanted to hear the last section again you couldn't rewind without replaying the whole video and then you can't fast forward.

Safeguarding Adults Level 2 Training course is comprehensive, informative and clear. Priorities concerning individual practice are highlighted as is the importance of teamwork between professionals and other agencies. The emphasis on individual responsibility for ensuring upholding high standards in every aspect of safeguarding care is salutary and thorough.
Excellent level of information, not too much jargon. Easy to understand and put into practice. Some of the slides the sound was not great and the picture broke up but manageable.
