Only down side was course was freezing up a lot therefore took a lot longer to do ,not sure if if signal or link was freezing. But very happy with content

Extensive literature with relevant topics, information and examples

I thought that the course was well prepared and the alternating of the two presenters meant that the topics didn't run into each other. I did half the course in the morning and the other half in the afternoon, which broke it up nicely for me. The Summary after each topic was very helpful. A very interesting and useful Course.

The Safeguarding Adults (SOVA) Level 2 Training course is very helpful. It's content is straight-forward and easy to understand. I feel I am better qualified regarding dealing with safeguarding issues that may arise now that I have taken the course.

Informative,easy to follow course, well delivered. Being a self employed helper, it would have been useful to explore which organisation I should report safe guarding concerns to.

This course was very informative and I found the material interesting well presented . I found the course enjoyable as their was no timescale for completion and I was able to to work on it at times convenient to me. The additional notes and information were a very useful addition
