Learn a lot of knowledge

It would be great if the resources could be emailed separately or for access to the course to remain open for longer. I've missed the opportunity to access these.

A concise and relevant reminder of the duties of care workers/helpers/everybody involved with caring for adults. The brief video course covered most things and showed the importance of keeping in contact with line manager regarding any safeguarding concerns.

This course covered all the basic requirements which have helped me to be more aware of safeguarding issues. I feel more empowered to identify signs of abuse, and how to report any suspicions.

This was an excellent training session, showing clearly from a person-centred point how someone should be respected and treated and also how abuse can occur. It showed equally clearly how everyone is responsible for handling and reporting a disclosure and how to take it forward.

Clear and easy to understand, very informative. I would recommend everyone to take this course, especially those looking after elderly family members.

I decided to make notes on the different sections approached in this course, since I find it reinforces my understanding of what I have read and listened to. This course refreshed my own knowledge, understanding and experience in Safeguarding. Having my own annotated notes was very useful on reaching the test, because I could reference them and complete it without delay.
