Inappropriate for role.

The Course is for Health and Social Care Organisations. I felt it excessive for volunteering as a shop assistant one half day a week in a charity shop.

Informative and thorough

I thought the training was through and explained all elements of working with vulnerable adults. Working in counselling is a little different to the care environment but it was informative to be aware of how to keep people safe in all aspects of service users.

Excellent

I learn about care plan: you should ask the person if their have capacity who's care plan it is to help and both write it together. Involving a person about their own care planning promotes a person's dignity and rights.

main legislation missed

not enough coverage of basics

2/5
too long , should be some example videos

the training is too long, there should be more opportunity to take part in mini tests following case studies and also real life examples so the training has more of an impact on the candidate
