Very good and easy to understand

I found this course to be very good and easy to follow. The language used was clear and concise. It was good being split between two people, keeping you engaged. It was just the correct length of time. The content was explained in a very good and understandable way.

Ronseal: did what it said it would do

Was a comprehensive and useful course, covering the aspects which may be most relevant to my work. There was little of no use and the links and additional resources were very useful.

Good information well presented

Helpful information which will help me at work. Thanks

good

useful in all settings but it is geared to those who provide care and not other organisations who may work in a care setting and where people already have social care involvement in their support, where it would be expected to raise the concern first rather than with your manager

Excellent overview of adult safeguarding

I think that the course gives an excellent overview of adult safeguarding including up to date themes such as radicalisation and cuckooing which are not always included in courses but are real issues for practitioners on the ground.

Interesting

The training wss essy to understand and was not too long.. The only problem i had wss i couldn't download the policys and procedures on my tablet. Im a floating support worker so om not always in the office. I traveled to the office about 5 days after completing the training to try on the computer..this worked so i was able to complete the test but only achieved 95% due to sll the information not being fresh in my head.

Too long and repetitive

Many of the points are based on common sense, but quite useful for those who have never considered these types of issues. All in all a good initiative and very easy to follow but I suspect many would be dissuaded to go through such a long process; It took me nearly 2 hours to finish
