Doing this course highlighted warmth and peace in my physical and mental awareness. The resources were well put together, and it enlightened me that people who are empathetic and caring for each other could bring wealth. Our community can be more resilient in caring for one another.

It's a easy to use and understand. The explanation and information is well put together. I liked the question at the end of the units to check my understanding. Well presented and covers all basics.

I found it less daunting than last time. The presentations are good and clear covering all the basics that we need to know. The balance between the two presenters made for variety and it was possible to do it all in one session of just over an hour.
