Comprehensive and informative, valuable course, very glad I've done it

An informative course with engaging presenters and written downloadable material. Easy to follow, with mini "tests" as you go along. You can go at your own pace and go back over the material at any time. I learnt about the legal context, identifying risk, identifying different types of abuse, reporting and referring abuse and more. Overall, a worthwhile course to learn the basics.

I will never work in a care profession- I do not in my current employment and never will. This took up unnecessary time in my working day and delayed my undertaking of professional, billable work.

The session was easily followed and covered a wide range of topics with supporting information available to view, if preferred. The regular little 'tests' were helpful an enabled understanding to be consolidated. The test at the end was a helpful 'mind jogger' and did test understanding of what had been covered.

I AM GLAD TO TAKE PART IN SUCH TRAINING WHERE IN RESULT EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHERS WELLBEING, SAFETY AND PROTECTION. A GOOD STEP FORWARD.

The course is very informative and practical, not even for work, but for our neighbours and friends.

I am very thankful to all those who arranged this programme for us as it is really useful in our daily life.
