A great entry level course for workers involved in supporting vulnerable, or 'at risk' adults.

Have a good understanding but always good for a refresh and reminder of information

Found information useful but a little too in depth for someone in the role of volunteer.

I found this course easy to follow and take in. I do get flustered with questions that have a true or false answer as my mind reads thi gs in so many ways and sometimes the questions can have one or both answers depending on the situations. I just have to learn to not drill down too deep into the answer I guess!!

The training was informative and you can take it at your own pace and watch video clips again if needed, additional reading/information is optional which is useful.

A very straightforward but informative course. I found the format worked well and the platform was easy to navigate. Highly recommended.

I thought the course was comprehensive and accessible and I liked the links in each section that can be accessed for further information.

All the other training courses have been well suited for office workers. This one was clearly meant for care workers as very few of the videos were even remotely relevant to people not in the sector. It didn't cover online safety at all and was lacking in examples throughout the course. Very poor.
