This was a very educational coarse
Very clear and succinct information on rationale, types of abuse and action to take.
Good, clear explanation on a wide range of subjects. Essential training when dealing with clients. All important for listening to clients wishes.
Overall were good & interesting. There some of the difficult words that I have never seen ie radicalisation etc.

I liked that it wasn't all reading. I found it easier to have the video clips and it was in manageable sections.
