Easy to follow and understand all was explained eruditely.
Am glad I did the training, apart from two questions that I got wrong. After I did one of them, I knew I picked the wrong one. Now it's done I could relax. It is a bit time consuming online, and definitely enjoy it better face to face.
Although very much aimed at the care sector the course is still useful to those people who may come in contact with the public in the course of their work.
