Educational and insightful for every day life and at work
This short course covered the basic essentials for staff working within the care system. Whereas a lot of it covered what should be expected as "innate" knowledge for individuals with empathic personality traits, the explanation of legislation and added optional links to further information, made this course a useful tool to understanding the fundamentals found at the core of the modern care system.
