The course was very informative. I particularly liked the additional information that I downloaded for future reference.

I am working with vulnerable adult people so Safeguarding training is most important training to me , I have gained lots of things from this training which will be helpful at my workplace.

It was informative and the presentation was easy to follow. The links to additional information were easy to see, and the ones I tried all worked.

The information was given succinctly with good explanations of concepts. Excellent additional links to view.

The training is informative, relevant and interesting. The test questions are well put together to test knowledge gained from the training.

This course was delivered in a way that was easy to follow. Information was clear and concise and broken down into sections for ease. The questioning during the course kept my attention and made me think. One idea would be to add break alerts as in the Diversity course as I couldn't see where divisions were without looking at the contents table.

Lots of information, but could have done with slides lasting longer to take notes.

Again, not really applicable for my Library Adult Literacy volunteering as I'm NOT hoping to work in the Care Sector, nor to gain any Care Certificate to do so. Also, another mistake spotted in the wording - not a good look for a Library service!

This was a very detailed and informative course covering every possible aspect!
