A real eye opener to the different types of abuse

A interesting course and made me think about the different forms of abuse and how it is important to tell someone if we see something not right.

This provides a very thorough grounding in safeguarding adults. Switching between the two presenters avoids monotony and there are links to further information during the course.

Very interesting and valuable insight into caring for older and vulnerable people. Lots of terminology and lots of information. My 0nly issue is the test at the end which requires 90% pass mark. I would have preferred regular testing throughout to achieve a required standard as an end of course test is not good for those who have short term memory issues. Nevertheless, a great course and informative.

The course is well structured. The material is clearly and logically presented in an easy to follow and understandable format. The backup materials are accessible as necessary.

Very accessible. I should have got 100% but misread the question I got wrong and thought that 'referral' was 'report'!

I wish I had done this course before my mother went into a Care Home, the Care Home was very good but the information would have allowed me to enhance her care.

The bite size chunks were easy to digest. The course worked well on multiple devices which ment I could complete the training at my own pace at times that suited me.

User friendly way of training. Adequate knowledge imparted.

An easily understood course. Touches on all the important points without making you lose interest!
