Clearly spoken and presenters always in view - no problem even without my hearing aids! My only negative was being sent back to the beginning when a test error was made. It should be sufficient to review the section concerned.

This is a pretty full on topic with lots of legislative supporting documentation to be aware of, made easy to digest by the way the training is delivered. The ability to stop and return to the training when ready relieves the immediate feeling of being overwhelmed by information in a short or limited span of time.
Really clear, helpful, well presented, explained in an understandable way. Well paced. Nice to have calm presenters rather than just words on a slide. The test questions were relevant to the material provided.
