In this course you learn how to act, deal with and report abuse in the correct way. You learn you are not alone if you suspect abuse with someone you are caring for. It's a very informative and reassuring course on suspected abuse to others.
The training is informative and well designed to follow. It attract the trainees attention, help the trainee to expect the challenges they might face and how o handle it. at the same time it is an important alarm for the volunteers to be aware about their role and pay attention to all the details during their work with vulnerable people.
Its very helpful and easy to understand.
This is one of the best iHasco training modules. Very concise and to the point. It also manages to give a wealth of relevant information which is both practical and interesting.

I found this training to be informative and made me realise just how many forms abuse can take and that we must all be mindful of not intentionally causing abuse to someone by the way we speak or the tone of our voice. There are a lot of vulnerable people out there and we all need to be vigilant in recognising and reporting any forms of abuse that is happening or suspected to be happening.
Easy access and user friendly professional set of knowledge explained in both articles and videos with warm and welcoming support.
