This course is very much geared towards the Care sector. It would have been more useful to have been generic.
course was easy to understand and the information was laid out very well. Just enough information as well not to over whelming
This course was easy to follow, and included lots of relevant information. I liked that it also contained links to extra resources as well as a quiz to test knowledge.
The course is helpful for someone new to working in social care settings but I felt it was not necessary to be a befriended for a one hour telephone call where feedback is give to the charities befriended organisers after each call. Any concerns could be passed on quickly anyway and we know we're a friendly ear for usually normal things otherwise. It might put some befriended off.

This is more directed for professional health case staff opposed to surveyors. Very detailed and some people in our line of work may struggle
It is a very good course. But I found it slightly too long.

This was a good corse about safeguarding I really enjoyed it. During the course I have misclicked 2-3 questions so I am wondering if 60% was good enough?
