Useful and informative
Found it really useful and easy to follow
Held my interest more than other courses I have done so far. But, like other courses, there is an undue emphasis on the (not very useful) special terminology. Eg if a victim reports an abuse, this is called "making a disclosure". So what?
I think this course is very useful and educational for this volunteering role. l would appreciate helping someone who needs it and look forward to it.
