The level of knowledge a volunteer needs to safely perform their role was well covered however I would be inclined to acknowledge that the links go into levels of detail I do not believe are required for a volunteer role otherwise some may feel they need to delve into such depth that it could be overwhelming. Other than that I thought it was excellent.
