I have previously undertaken similar training and it is always useful and important to update your knowledge and any change that have been made.
It was difficult then became as you go along I got hang of it.
Course helpful to revise categories of abuse, what to do in a disclosure and who to contact etc
Trainers were clear. A couple of more lively video clip scenarios using actors would have been good but, clearly very expensive to do.I do wonder if it could be divided into at least 2 parts.
This was an intense course. A lot to take in.
