I liked the way the training was arranged, clear layout, no confusion, easy to find, go back etc. things intuitively. I also liked a very high level of language of the 2 presenters, very important to listen to by non-native speakers of English. Perfect content, not too much information.

Explanations and information were easy.

I found safeguarding too long sitting in front of a screen and someone never working in this area would find it very difficult to follow. And some questions would throw them when entering the test as some were trick questions.

A long session covering a lot of information I felt that the radicalisation section didn’t cover all aspects. Prevent was mentioned but more information would have been needed. This is a fast changing area and could impact vulnerable people

There was a lot of good information on the course, but in my opinion it should be done in part one and two as I was unable to complete it all in one piece (other work duties were interrupting) and although I made notes throughout, I wasn't able to obtain all the information given. I also think that not being able to go back to a certain part of the clip (once it has ended) was frustrating as
