Useful and informative course.Some of the questions on the test were repetitive...same question, just phrased differently.
there is a lot of detail which is good to know , but much of this would not be applicable for my team in their day to day work . That said the knowledge is very useful and there are aspects which could be transferable . I think a shorter course with more relevance to actual process and procedure would be an improvement

This is an easy to follow, comprehensive course with all the information I need to feel confident in dealing with the clients I enounter at Foodbank. Many thanks.
Throughout the course I felt that the content was aimed at nursing staff/Social Work and external agencies. Some of the topics covered were upsetting to read and off putting for recruiting volunteers for working in Charity Shops.
