Very interesting course, I am glad that was requested from staff to complete it
This course explains how to protect adults from harm, risk and any form of abuse, it give details of all the appropriate means of reporting and how to record any form of abuse.

the questions during the presentation are not specific enough, for instance if locking the door would leave Vera unable to leave her house then word the question so that is clear.
I found this course followed through the many aspects of adult safeguarding in an easy to follow way. It flowed well, it wasn't a quick course but by the same token didn't seem to take too long on any particular area of the course.
Combination of oral and text suits a range of learning styles and reinforces key information. Bite size approach is helpful. Would recommend the training.
I volunteer in a shop. The majority of this course does not apply to my actual job. However as a human being it is everyone's responsibility to look out for others.
