Whilst I knew safeguarding was everybody's responsibility, doing this course has made me realise how much I didn't know. In particular, what certain terms mean, and how to apply them. The course was delivered in a way which made it easy to understand and retain the information given.

I found this course interesting and thought that it should be something that more adults are made to watch
I think the course is good and well delivered. However, I think it is inappropriate for someone who is volunteering in retail.
The course was very clear, concise and informative. The format was easy to follow and the additional materials provided below the video added further depth to the topics at hand. Overall a very useful resource.
