I found the content sufficiently comprehensive, straight forward and easy enough to absorb fairly quickly. I also felt like there was the right amount of re-iteration and overview. I think improvements could be made by including more illustration and animation to help memorise the content for which these methods of communication would be suitable.

ENJOYED THIS COURE,IT WAS WELL PRESENTED, EASY TO FOLLOW AND UNDERSTAND, AND I FOUND IT JUST THE RIGHT LENTH OF TIME TO HOLD YOU ATTENTION SPAN.

Like the whole package as informative and helpful. Timing practicable and test questions fully align with content shown (no surprises). Questions that require an element of guessing during the video training before knowledge acquired were frustrating when an answer is wrong. On the other hand, the one I got wrong came up in the test and therefore easier to remember why the answer was what it was.
Why do we have to pay parasites to tell us how to conduct our work??? Classic Parkinson EU style bollocks. We know best and you think “there’s a few bob to be made!” This is absolute rubbish! I don’t need to watch 48(!) videos to answer the question: “Should a fire door be open or closed?” Only bottom feeding imbeciles would come up with shit like that. Delete yourselves, you’re a menace to our industries, useless and hence obsolete.
