Felt a bit too specialist, i.e. for roles involved substantively with health and safety, not general, day to day awareness. Not sure that this is necessary for those not directly involved with risk assessments. A more basic summary could have been more appropriate. Content doesn't prepare you for some of the test questions. Some of the questions felt a bit 'curve ball'.
Content of the course was good but the quiz at the end did not go into enough depth to show complete understanding.

Like all course I have attended the courses have lots of practical examples, are engaging and informative.
should be arrange for all team leader is well.
Really easy to follow and very informative.
Not enough emphasis on the actual Risk Assessment and the information needed. This was left to a "free trial" online tool and there was not enough detail... and you could just skip the whole thing. Outside of the practical application, this course serves as a useful summary of why we do it, and not so much the HOW we do it.
