Presented in a manner that was easy to follow, in a clear and well thought way. Emphasised the importance of 'Risk' without preaching about it which made the course thought provoking but balanced in its approach. I completed the course much clearer and more confident about the importance and value of a risk assessment.
It would be better to be able to watch the video at double speed or simply read the script rather than going through it all at regular speed. As these are courses which people need to take regularly there is very little that requires full attention, and having to go through all of it meant I did not feel I had time to focus on the parts I needed to.
