The course provide insights on the importance of doing risk assessment. It reminds who ever takes the course of the importance of not taking things for granted rather to collectively work together as a team to provide a safer working condition for everyone. It makes it clear that we are all responsible of ensuring that, the risks associated with what we do can be avoided if we take time to assess our working area and collectively improve the working condition by reducing risks that can be avoided.

I feel this is very basic and the test can be accessed prior to the course being completed. Five questions does not give staff the level of knowledge we require.

The course detail is very detailed and informative regarding the steps to follow to complete a Risk Assessment. Each stage of the assessment process is covered effectively and the language used is easy to understand.It also reminded me of the importance of thoroughly reading the question prior to answering them (:
