Excellent course, easy to follow, makes you think of things you wouldnt have before

Found this training programme very thought provoking and will take what I have learnt into the workplace

This is an excellent training session and it fully covered everything a manager would need to know about conducting effective risk assessments.Plus, the assessment tool is spot on.

It took a lot longer than the stated 37mins

Again good style of presentaion and level of detail, needed to cover the subject. i really like the online RA tool.

A good training program for new starters in care work and the re-suseable tool was useful.

It was well written and easy to understand. I had one issue where the end question of section 3 part 5 stated that assessments needed to be reviewed only if there was a change, and then the test marked me wrong for answering that, saying it was 12 months. No mention of 12 months was made in that section of the training. Otherwise, it did the job.

This program could have been made a lot better and a lot more interesting in regards to amusement value.

This programme was easy to understand and the man had a very clear voice and it had the option of subtitles which is good in-case you miss what he is saying. Like the option of being able to re-take the test if you are not happy with the score. Also like the idea of the printing of your certificate afterwards.
