great information
Found it a little difficult to watch the slides due to the computer. Would be good to be able to download a quick reference guide at the end of the course.

easy to follow
Very long winded, not appropriate to my employment, found it difficult to concentrate at a computer in a shared room where people were whistling, shouting, chatting, Whatever happened to face to face training with a tutor and a group where you are able to offer views and have things explained to you thoroughly?
This was interesting training due to the video rather than having to read through the information. This saved a lot of precious time whilst busy.
