The Risk Assessment process was explained in a straightforward way, making it easy to understand.
FIRST TIME I STARTED THE COURSE I NEVER GOT THE VIDEO THEN THE SCREEN LOCKED UP AND I LOST MY POSITION IN THE COURSE AND HAD TO START AGAIN. SECOND TIME ROUND I GOT THE VIDEO OK AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY TILL THE END.
