Succinct, easy to follow, informative programme

Very clear and informative.I would feel a lot more confident now if a new risk assessment was needed or needed to be reviewed or updated.The interactive section on to complete a risk assessment is really useful.

Struggled with the way the videos loaded. Presenter would constantly stop mid sentence, while it caught up loading the video. This could be solved by pausing the video until it had loaded fully each time but this soon became very tedious and meant the whole process took even longer, as there are so many separate videos.Given how straight forward the test was, I would rather have just read a leaflet on the subject first, or just taken the test to begin with and repeated it if I had failed it. Instead you had to sit through every video, including some that I had to watch twice as I had already watched them during a previous session, but could not find where I had left it last time.Next time I will make sure that I have enough time to do the whole thing in one go. May have been ok if I had a better/ faster internet connection, I don't know.

Very clear and easy to follow. Addressed the legislation and a clear strategy for carrying out risk assessments.However, does not address another sort of risk assessment - where the person rather than a hazard is the starting point. In the care sector where, for example, a person is at risk of having a seizure or a fall because of their own health needs. These are not hazards in themselves, but managing the risks around these potential occurrences need to be considered and addressed.
