Not really a criticism of the course per-se, but it is suggested that whether a risk assessment is required or not is a judgement call by the individual (with or without additional support). Surely if you are questioning the requirement for a risk assessment, then you are by definition carrying out an RA?Secondly, an age-old complaint of mine is what exactly is "Reasonable", "Practicable", and "Foreseeable". I know that this is down to the courts to decide, but it is always frustrating!Other then that, a good course.
