being up for work at 6 in the morning and being a light sleeper at night I find it very difficult to stay fully focused with online courses. I find group discussions on health and safety much more beneficial for me. I can remember enough just to pass an online test but unfortunately this method is not effective in entering my long term memory.
Annoyed I got some of the questions wrong ,but did enjoy the risk assessment training.

The course gives a good 5-stage process in conducting risk assessments. Perhaps too much in the way of an introduction to the rationale for the risk assessment process.
made me more aware
I couldn't pull the slider back to rewind a video.I couldn't stop during the exam. Whats the point of having an online exam as opposed to a real one if you cant do it at your convenience.
